About the project

Complex with personalized service of the 5-star Auberge Resorts hotel on the oceanfront in central Miami Beach. The architecture and interior design is inspired by the image of yachts and brought to life by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern. The project features a total of 49 luxury residences and three buildings.

Location

The Shore Club Private Collection is located in the central part of Miami Beach, the resort island of Miami with the most popular beach in the state.  Sandy beaches, boisterous parties, tall palm trees and tanned people are indispensable attributes of the island.

Residences

The 20-story tower features 2 to 6-bedroom condos, while the 9-story building offers 3 to 4-bedroom residences. The project's highlight is the private oceanfront villa with a rooftop terrace, pool, summer kitchen, and lounge area. Nautical-inspired interiors use premium materials like oak, marble, nickel, and brass. Customized chef's kitchens and spa-style bathrooms complement panoramic windows and spacious terraces with stunning ocean or Miami skyline views.

Amenities

In addition to the exclusive service of a 5-star hotel from Auberge, residents will also appreciate the infrastructure within the complex, including botanical gardens, swimming pools and wellness areas. The private sandy beach will be the perfect place for family vacations, and the cozy library will be a secluded nook for privacy.
